The Queens School of Jazz and Contemporary Music is founded on a vision to heal and revitalize the community through the pursuit of excellence in music.  Our Artistic Director is one of few remaining jazz musicians teaching what will soon be the "lost art" of jazz mentoring - a non conservatory approach to mastering music.  Because jazz music is most relevant to life in America, we mentor each and every student to express themselves to their fullest potential in every circumstance through music.
